     I have not always been a lover of wine. The first tasting I experienced made me question how people drink glasses with ease and enjoyment. However, over time I believe my palate changed, or maybe I just discovered what I liked best. I still don't have much experience with wine, which is why I am excited to explore and broaden my horizons. I have typically only tried wine a handful of times in my life. These times have been with family and friends. With family, I have been able to taste more of a variety of wines. With friends, it's usually only been one type of wine.     My family enjoys drinking red wine mainly when having dinner. I've experienced this when having a dinner of pasta, steak, or anything involving cheese. Sometimes, a white wine, specifically Chardonnay, will be thrown in the mix.
